Due to the perishable nature of products such as honey and ghee, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
However, replacements will be provided if the product received is damaged, leaked, or incorrect.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
All orders are processed and shipped within 8 to 10 business days from the date of confirmation.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
